While carrying if you feel fatigued, set the load down, and take rest. Do not let yourself tired while lifting so that you cannot perform proper setting down of the load.
Proper Setting Down should be performed in order to keep the carried load safely at the desired location. Keep the load down in the same way you picked it up. Always keep the load close to the body as possible. Wait until the load is secure enough to release your handhold.
