What is BMS?
Building Management Systems (BMS), also known as Building Automation Systems (BAS) are used commonly nowadays to maintain the systematic running of the building in an efficient way. These are done with the help of special technology using sensors to track readings and other factors according to the configuration with which they have built. Besides sensors, there will also be servers and databases as required to maintain the operations of the building management systems. The sensors track data then it is sent to the server. It is used to cover some activities. The sensors obtain and measure current conditions and the readings obtained are compared with another set of pre-designated reading values in order to calculate the variations between the actual result and the desired result. And according to the result, electrical or ventilation are re-adjusted to bring the readings within the pre-specified range.
